Who we are

Our network has a long history that  began with the Beauvallet family.

The first slaughterhouse was founded in 1860 in France, and since then, the tradition of quality meat has been maintained.

In order to grow, the Beauvallet chain has always kept an eye on market innovations, which is why  it has managed to produce increasingly higher quality products.

Not surprisingly, it is already present in Poland, Spain and Brazil.

With this history of tradition, you already know: quality meat is Beauvallet!

VALUES

1860

It was in 1860 that the Beauvallet family, established near Pithiviers, began a great family adventure: butchers and traders passed from father to son to the company specializing in wholesale and trade for traditional butchers, communities and regional commercial food.

1991

In 1971, with the opening of the municipal slaughterhouse in Pithiviers, the Beauvallet brothers then developed a deboning workshop which allowed them to diversify their clientele, with traditional mass distribution stands and refined commercial catering in the “Centre” region and the Paris region.

Bernard Léguille bought the company from the Beauvallet brothers in 1991, following the family tradition. Over the years, as opportunities arose, our sphere of influence and trade expanded beyond our borders. In addition to our larger geographical presence, the Beauvallet companies have also developed increasingly processed product ranges, in line with consumer patterns and changes in the catering trade.

Halal slaughter

Meat is part of the eating and cultural habits of many peoples and, therefore, is linked to different ways of production, preparation and consumption.
One
of the religious and cultural traditions linked to meat consumption is the halal slaughter ritual, typical of Islam.
Beauvallet
respects these principles and reserves part of its production for this rite that is so important to Muslims.
